Under the able leadership of Dr. Kasturi .A.V. and her highly knowledgeable, enthusiastic assistants the Dept. of Pediatrics is guiding both under graduate and post graduate students.
The Dept. is proud of its Neonatal care unit and has facilities like infant warmers, phototherapy units, incubators and mechanical ventilators. Dept. of pediatrics along with dept. of community medicine, conducts various programmes like universal immunization, school health care, under fire clinics and baby friendly campaigns.
